A cracked, hanging or fallen limb is dangerous and can get worse fast. Our crews respond to storm damage across the metroplex Monday through Saturday, 7am–9pm, to remove hazards, clear driveways and make trees safe.

We handle uprooted and split trees, limbs on roofs and fences, and precarious hangers — with the rigging and equipment to do it without causing more damage. We can also document the work for your insurance claim.

Why it matters

When a limb is on your roof or a trunk has split over the driveway, every hour of delay lets the damage grow and the situation get more dangerous. North Texas storms move fast, dropping heavy limbs and toppling rain-soaked trees out of soft clay. Our crews respond to that kind of hazard and stabilize the scene before a cracked limb finishes falling or water pours through an opened roof.

Storm work is the most dangerous cutting there is, with limbs under tension and stems propped at odd angles. This is not the time for a homeowner with a chainsaw. Our ISA Certified crews read the loads, relieve tension safely, and get the tree off your home. We work Monday through Saturday, 7am to 9pm, and document the damage so your insurance claim goes smoothly.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an emergency?

A tree or limb on your house, car or powerline; a split or leaning trunk; or anything blocking safe access. When in doubt, call — we'll advise.

What are your emergency hours?

We take emergency calls Monday through Saturday, 7am–9pm. Call 817-992-6670.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes — we can photograph and document the damage and our work to support your claim.

What should I do before your crew arrives?

Keep everyone well clear of the tree and anything it is touching, and stay out of rooms directly under a damaged section of roof. Do not try to move limbs yourself. If wires are involved, treat them as live and call your utility. Then call us at 817-992-6670 and we will guide you.

Do you handle trees that fell on a neighbor's property or the fence line?

Yes. Trees that cross a property line are common after storms, and we can clear the whole situation. Who pays is worked out between the parties and their insurers, but we will document where the tree originated and where it landed so everyone has the record they need.

Can you tarp or secure my roof after removing the tree?

Our focus is getting the tree off the structure safely and cutting it back so it cannot shift again. We can place a temporary tarp to limit further water intrusion until a roofer makes permanent repairs, and our damage photos help both your insurer and the roofing contractor understand the scope.
